Level: Beginner / Intermediate
Goal: A deeper journey into classic Progressive-Overload. A taste of some heavier exercises for better strength development and building lean and toned muscle.
Level: Beginner / Intermediate.
Goal: Frequency on Focus Areas
Sessions focusing on multiple muscle groups with attention on specific areas without compromising recovery.
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Goal: The highest volume on any specific muscle group of all plans; The Glutes. Targeted three times a week for lean-muscle gain, and re-shaping feminine curves.
Level: Intermediate level plan.
Goals: The perfect blend of strength and volume work. Get strong and toned while also improving muscular endurance. There is also some unilateral emphasis for improved agility and co-ordination.
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Goal: Strength and Sweat. An all over re-vamp and challenge for you body using an innovative and dynamic workout split. Also an emphasis on mastering your own body-weight with exercises like chin-ups.
