First up is a list of supplements I recommend and use. These are updated as often as my opinions or research changes.
I’ll indicate on supplements whether they are
• Tier 1 : Everyone should likely supplement with these as their positive effect on our health is widespread and even if your levels might be fine, a little extra as a precautionary safeguard is wise.
• Tier 2 : Supplements are those that i recommend you try if you feel they may help and they fit your budget but they are likely not essential

Mental health, Heart health, Sexual health, Energy and Recovery. This Hormone (not actually a vitamin) is key to optimise.

ELECTROLYTES
Putting the minerals back in our water. Personally I like electrolytes tat make my water taste slightly salty (as electrolytes should), rather than filled with artificial sweeteners. Oshun is great to add to a glass of (filtered) water.
Of course all supplementation is exactly that ; supplemental. For the most accurate prescription of what you need, testing is key. General full panel blood testing with your GP is important to do regularly , however I regularly (1-2 a year) test specifics from home using home testing kits.
