Hi and welcome! This is my online training and nutrition hub that I use to coach those that are ready to devote themselves to real, sustainable change. The best bit is that it can work with your lifestyle.

Complete overhauls work for very few. Much like my training plans progress with your abilities and strength over time, the open-plan and common-sense approach to nutrition allows you to learn and improve progressively at your own pace, without having to completely give up all your vices.

All 12 week programmes include complimentary access to the PRIME BODY App which is like your 'ready–whenever–you–are' personal coach to keep you accountable and track all forms of your progress: strength, aerobic, diet, weight, body fat and aesthetic changes. I’m also there to answer any questions you have during your transformative journey via the in-app messenger.

The Plans

The benefit of having all your workouts and performance tracked is that it not only keeps you accountable and consistent, but that it respects the governing principle of all resistance training; PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD.

The most obvious way a programme can be loaded progressively is small increments of weight over the course of a plan. There are many other ways –manipulating reps, sets, rest, exercise complexity etc – and that is what i am in charge of in building each plan.

However the user driven small increase in weights lifted –and from whatever starting weight used– means that every programme can and will be challenging for anyone at almost any level because it is based upon their entry level selection of weights to be lifted for each exercise and the baseline strength they bring into every workout and programme.

Having said this, in embarking on the PRIME BODY journey there are certain plans i recommend above others for beginners and intermediates due to the specific levels of strength, mobility and conditioning that the plans are designed to achieve. 12 weeks to a new YOU.
